The Cutluxe Slicing Carving Knife is a fantastic knife for slicing. I use it to cut brisket, pork belly and other large pieces of meat before, and after they get sent to the smoker. It's razor sharp and handles raw meat exceptionally well. It has great weight and seems very well made. Did I mention it's sharp?Well weighted knife. Beautiful. The blade is extremely sharp, thin and feels light as a feather, but you have a good amount of weight to make slicing effortless. Quality craftsmanship and should last a lifetime.
