First, a disclaimer: I have NEVER wined and dined with Matt Moore and I am NOT one of the 12 grill-masters to whom Matt has written about!!


But I have watched his videos and interviews and have became very impressed with his knowledge of BBQ, southern charm and the naming of his books! If you're looking for a good read and some great recipes, Matt Moore is the author you're looking for.
