Customer Comments:

I've wanted a Weber grill for years and finally decided to spoil myself. It does a great job and grills food to perfection. I love the app that helps me know where to set the flame and how long to leave the meat on the grill. My only complaint is that quality control is lacking in the packing department. When my grill arrived, the outside box was in great shape but two pieces (the base unit and the door) were dented. It had to have happened before they were shipped. Weber did quickly send me replacement parts but the second door was also dented (even though the shipping box had no damage). Weber sent me a third door and fortunately it was in good condition.

I'm not always in the "you get what you pay for" camp, but when it comes to Weber grills, it's true. Weber fans seemed almost cultish to me, & I wasn't sure if it wasn't just about a status symbol. But OK, now I'm in the cult too! In putting it together, I saw the high quality of each piece that went into it, and the great design. Such a far cry from my previous grills, which rusted out so easily. So if you're on the fence about spending more money on a Weber, I would emphatically encourage you to do it if you can. It will last longer than 2 or 3 cheaper grills. One thing I wish is that the wheels were a little heavier duty. I plan to keep it in my garage to keep it out of the elements & roll it out to use, but wish the wheels were heavier. Other than that, we're really enjoying it!
