Steps
In a blender, combine the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the pina colada into a glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, if desired.
How to make
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add more pineapple juice or coconut cream.
If you prefer a sweeter pina colada, add a little more cream of coconut.
To make a larger batch, simply multiply the ingredients by the number of servings you want to make.
If you don't have a blender, you can also mix the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a glass.

2 oz. rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. cream of coconut
